Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using Spacey ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
Spacey is a spaced repetition scheduling tool for personal educational use. You may use the app to track and schedule reviews of topics you have learned. You agree not to misuse the app or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
Subscriptions
Spacey offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly, yearly) and a lifetime purchase. All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Spacey. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Spacey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
